©The Round Table has seating for 181 in the dining room, with a special ocâ€" Last Wednesday evening Etobicoke Mayor Dennis Flynn cut the ribbon ofâ€" ficially opening the lounge. Dining at the large round table in the centre of the room following the ribbon cutting was Mayor Flynn, Consul of Mexico Alfonso Ballesteros, Mexicana Airlines _ representative Gonzalo Moreno, myself and our wives. It was the general feeling of all of us. that another great dining spot had arrived in this end of Metro. Operators of this most elegant dining lounge are Alex and Anne Traikovich and their son Wayne. Alex brings over 25 years exâ€" perience in the food and motel business to The Round Table. Another great dining room has been added with the official opening of The Round Table at 2 Dunbloor Road in Islington. To clarify this probably unknown address, I should point out that this is in the new Unity Bank Building, which is the gold colored glass building in the point where Dundas and Bloor Streets meet, just east of Kipling Avenue. It is much better in my mind in many ways, but it is far superior in clubs, lounges and dining premises. I have always felt, and often have stated here, that this great westâ€"end of Metropolitan Toronto has more to offer than any other part of Metro.
