Remove from _ heat, gradually stir in milk and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smoothly thickened. Stir in shrimp, lobster, crabmeat and sherry. Turn into 2â€"quart casserole. Combine crushed cereal and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in preheated oven until topping is crisp and golden, about % hr. (Serves 8.) Add the mincemeat and fry for 4 minutes. Then add the celery, green pepper and spices. Fry again for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add the lobster pieces and fry. Add the tomatoes and stir for 3 minutes. Pour 1% cups of cold water in and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves or fresh parsley leaves. Serve warm Serves 4. Mrs. M.
