Mrs. Griffith was promfnent in starting the restoration project and the room has been reâ€"dedicated to honor her many years of service to the church. Mrs. Griffith married in 1951 and she and her husband Stanley raised two children, Janice and Gordon. With the help of her husband, she was able to devote much of her time to helping humanity. Born on a Sunday, Mrs. Griffith was an active worker in the church. She was a Sunday school teacher, superintendent and elder and took an active part in the church coordinating Canada‘s centennial year in 1967. ~ She graduated in first aid and worked with the telephone company for nine years.
