The little fellow‘s mother, who lives at 595 Dufferinâ€"street, had been getting the baby‘s bath ready. She had put in the hot water, and had turned her back to get the cold water. Scarcely had she turned than she heard the child fall and a splash at the same time. The little chap had fallen head first into the basin and was terribly scalded about the head, face, shoulders and right arm. Later the ambularce was callel and the child was taken to the Hospial for Sick Children. Ho lingered" until midnight, when he died. was much appreciated.
