it in i s NK hi + i i WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 191 9 The story at the library on Saturday is for the smaller children and is about "Mr. Bear‘s Breakfast Party." It is the first of several stories about a «crow, a possum and a coon that lived in one hollow tree. There are several books in the library with stories about these same hollow tree animals, but the Sa.tul:d%y stories will be new ones. ! Pte. Alexander Hamilton, of Myers Ave., arrived home last week after three years overseas. He enlisted and went across with the 127th Battalion and/spent two years and two months in France. When the armistice was signed he was sent to the relief of Belgium and from there returned to England. Before returning home a passenger on the Baltic, he was grantâ€" ed leave and visited North Wales. Like all the boys, he is glad to be on Caâ€" nadian soil once more and says the boys are anxiously waiting their tickâ€" ets of return now that the war is over. He left several of the 127th in Bramâ€" shott Camp, who will be coming over in a short time. Mr. A. M.
