Mr. Smith of Weston Dairy was called on next and stated that although he had not been able to attend all the games, he had been there in spirit, and felt the League had been a most successâ€" ful one, well managed. Mercer, (better known as Dick Irvine), who spoke efâ€" fectively, The popular Captain of the Dairy boys, Bob Kingdon, thanked both Mr.‘Cousins and Mr. Smith for the wonderful season.
