HOW to use the spore hours of the day is always a problem that faces every individual. Life is made up by the advantageous filling in of every spare hour. When the hours and days drag along life becomes an uninteresting routine and brings depressed moods. Educational systems teach the great nrts for making a place in the world but they do not teach men how to live with one another in peace and happinessuThe need of the day is teaching people how to use those spare hours to advantage. In these days when everything is handed to the people and little effort is required to be entertained the whole becomes mechanical. Something stupendous must be produced in order to secure one’s attention or interest, Such a condition is the result of the individual being unable to utilize his spare hours. When you learn to read, to love good music, appreciate day topics, you have learned how to utilize the spare art, become a thinker and create opinion on the every hours. When you have found it interesting to study human conditions, serve your fellow man and give your leadership to help build community life you have a use for your spare hours. When you have become obsessed with the great aim to do something more than make your own selfish way in life you will not have any spore hours to fill in. The one great way to become fully occupied in life is by filling in those spare hours and learning to fill the little corner in life that you are now serving. Do the first thing to hand no matter how small or insignificsnt it may appear. Fill in the hour tuivtu1tatreouisly each day and you will soon learn to live and enjoy life. USE THE SPARE HOURS LEARNING TO SWIM I "This burlesque show of Mr. Hep- burn’s at queen's Park does not rep- resent Liberalism in Ontario, and I believe that Libel-us will join with ) Conservatives when an election comes, , to future British government for Bri- i tish people."
