The big news, of course, is that the arena building will soon be moved and within a few weeks it is expected that it will take its place just at the playing field area just inside the gate of the Lawrâ€" ence avenue entrance. Farther up are the four tennis courts which are busy every afterâ€" noon and evening with the junior and senior temnis clubs in full operation. â€" In the near future, the plans call for a quarter mile track and within this year Weston will rightly be able to lay claim to one of the best recreation areas in Canada. The Lions Club goes about its work in the community doing a wonderful job and in its unassumâ€" ing manner these great things are being done with very little publicâ€" ity being given. Weston is greatly enriched by the work of these public spirited men and the citizens both old and young are reaping the great benefits.
