Mr. Carroll is one of the most able speakers in Ontario. He is "ere- tary-manager of the Ontario Plow- men's Association and is manager of the International Plowing Match. It is mainly through Mr. Carroll's guidance and efforts that the plowing match holds the promi- nence it now enjoys. Mr. Carroll was a member of the Senate, University of Toronto.
