The applications from Trailer owners were filed with the Fund â€" before Novemâ€" ber 15th last. Since then appraisal teams have assessed the loss or damage in each case, and decision has been made that trailers will be repaired to restore them, to their former condition, where it is economical to do so; where the cost of repairs exceeds market value of trailers immediately prior to the flood, a cash settlement will be made based on such market value, . Settlement of the applications for compensation under this heading is well adâ€" vanced.
