Christie and her committee, Mrs. B. Anderson, Miss M. Yeo and Mrs. T. Gamble. From the study book on South East Asia and Korea, Christianity in the Philliâ€" pines and Indoâ€"China was disâ€" cussed. The Weston Business and Proâ€" fessional Women‘s Club did not hold a regular meeting in Januâ€" ary, but over 40 members and friends attended the Theatre Night held at the Crest Theatre, in aid of UNICEF. In February, over ten members enjoyed the International Night dinner at the King Edward Hoâ€" tel, with Miss Lisa Sergio as guest speaker. The club held its own‘ International Night at the Y.W.C.A. on Wednesday, Februâ€" ary 13th, when Mrs. W. F. Mcâ€" Mahon, immediate Past President of the University Women‘s Club, showed her excellent slides of eight different countries. On Tuesday, March 5th, members of the club acted as hostesses at Citizenship night at the City Hall. Musical entertainment for the evening will be provided by Mr. John Ambrose, who will sing a group of songs. Special guests at the meeting were members of the Etobicoke club. Having flown the first part of their journey to Nassau, which took six hours, they continued on by ‘plane for another two hours to Jaâ€" maica. Mr. and Mrs. Rumple spent most of their time at Discovery Bay, which is apâ€" proximately 40 miles from Montego Bay, on the northern shore.
