10 19 Our football team looks very promising for future years. The team was not able to enter this year beâ€" cause of the staggered hours and other inconveniences, but now that we are in the new school football is in full swing. Informed sources say that exhibition games will probably be held. As you know by now, SHCI students are in their new building just south of Lawrence on Royal York Rd. We have not had a chance to start our United Apâ€" peal Drive because we have just moved and are a relâ€" atively new school. At an assembly held a week last Tuesday this worth while campaign was kicked off by President Bob Bradmore and staff supervisor, Mr. D.M. Gregory. The general feeling is that S.H.LC. will not use any ‘"gimmicks‘" but class collections instead to raise money. The school itself is not fully completed yet, but it is hoped that the whole school will be finished shortâ€" ly. Students on‘the whole really like the "architectural masterpiece." The school is not too hard to get lost in and students are still trying to get used to the change from Kipling.
