He spoke on the duties of parents, to the teacher, and gave some good advice to the parents and young people of the section. He concluded his remarks by paying a high tribute to Mr. Simpson‘s music. By the way we are glad to hear of the success Mr. Watt is meeting with. He has now reached nearly the top rung of the educational ladder.
