Sickness and death here lately more than usual. The family of the late Murty Egan that died last July and 1 which was noted in the Review, has been sorely aftlieted lately. The old in rm was in possession since Mr Egan's deathot Jets. Egan, aged 32, and Ed wad Egan, aged 21, his sons Mrs. Egan, the widow and two girls Bur, Lt Grippe set in accompanied by other diseases, and in a few days two corpses lay in the house. The bodies of Jas and Edward were both buried on Thursday 16th at the R. C. church, in South Proton, and at the same time the mother is not expected to live, and " I write there is not much change in hereondition. Edward was the first to complain and was sick for nearly two weeks, bat it was thought not to be serious till near the last. Jae. was at Markdale on the 6th and 7th, he came home apparently well, but the 8th he complained of not being well, and on Thursday 9th he sent for s Dr. but of no avail, he died on Monday 13 _tlicrt early Wednesday morning 15th Edward was no more. They were both steady young men and highly re spected. The funeral was verv large and Rev. Mr. Cote of Dundalk omeict. ed and paid a very fine tribute of worth to these two departed young men. The friends that survive have the sympathy of all the people through- out Proton: It was a sad sight to see the two hearses leave the house at the same time, where only a few days before the occupants were two robust young men Notice to Creditiors.
