Mr. Sharp of the Varney cirecuit performed the ceremony in the presence of about 80 guests, at .')\ p. m., his daughter Miss Sharp play ing the wedding march as the bridal party entered. _ Under a beautifaul arch of evetgreens and wax berries the vows were taken that made them man and wife, and the happy pair were very warmly congratulated by all at the: close of the ceremony. The bride was assisted by her sister Lizzie, while Mr. Alex. Ledingham, Dornoch, did a similar duty for the groom. _ The bride wearing lillies of the valley in her hair. was attractiyvely arrayed in a gown of blue poplin trimmed with white satin, silk ribbon and lace, while her sister was handsome in a gown of blue russel cording, trimmed with white silk and pearl buttons. The trayelling dress was of grey and cerisse shaded cloth trimmed with cerisse silk. The union completed, the wedding dinner was partaken of and it is sufficiâ€" ent to say that the menu was of Mrs. Fee‘s best, and reflected great credit on those in charge.
