The said Debentures shall bear interest at the rate of 4 per centum per annum payable yearly at the said banh on tne 3rd day of July in each and every year during the currency thereof, and shall have attached to them, coupons for payment of the said interest which coupons shall be signed by the Mayor and Treasurer of the said Town of Durham., 1.
