H. Miller for the best two loaves of bread which was a most worthy article as we can personally testify. Piper Peter McArthur was on the grounds in the afternoon and plaved for Junmy G=rdiner, the noted dancer, to the pleasure of the crowd. Our thanks are due to Mr. Neil Mcâ€" Kinnon. the new Secretary for press favors, he is both efficient and obliging,. The cattle were not as numerous as we have seen, but there was good qualâ€" ity. Sheep beats anything we have seen this year. A, Muir cleans out the Cotswolds with his flock, The Nichols are prominent in the Leicester class and Meads, Kinnel, Oliver and Fairâ€" bairn have all good flocks. John Eckhardt is leader in Swine, winning firsts in every class. John Mcâ€" Beth in the Berkshire class shows a fine toar which being yourg will make its mark vet. Outside the hall, in fine weather, there was a good display of horseflesh and Judges Marsh and Mercer had no light responsibility in making decisions. . Jas Patton is a noted winner in this class and is naturally proud that colts from his horse Guardian have been lst Prize winners at Durham, Fleshertou, Priceâ€" ville and elsewhere.
