Water was very highand our mill dam in this town was in danger for a day or two, some slight damages were aune but if nouthing more will occur it will all be safe. Mr Murchie is a gentleâ€" man who knows his business to perâ€" fection. Consequently the work will he progressing taithfully under his supervision. A large gang of men are at work at present under the supervision of Mr Alex McLean who is moving Mrs Butter‘s large stables across the street behind the hotel.
