After a woman lives with a man for ten years, he‘s about as hard to figure out as a threeâ€"piece jig saw puzzle. Instead of trying to patch up & quarrel some couples don‘t seem to give a rip. A girl can love every bair on a girl‘s head and yet, at times, feel Mke pulling every one of them out. If & girl could read her boy friend like a book, she probably couldn‘t resist readâ€" Ing the last chapter to see if she marâ€" Fies him. Love flies out the window when too many bills come in the door. Probably the reason so many women put their husbands on a pedestal is because they expect them to be a bust. About the only time some girls will meet a boy half way is when they want & kiss. In life many are called but few &re chosen, but in a girl‘s life many eall but few propose. A woman‘g inâ€" tuition that tells a girl when the boy friend is falling for her, is the same instinct that tells a fisherman vhen‘ he has a nible. Moralâ€"Treat ‘Em Rough! In the "Nibelungensalen" of the Munich resiâ€" dence (the palace of the former Baâ€" varian kings), an exhibition will be held of Wagner relics. Alongside perâ€" sonal possessions of the composer, for example, will be placed extracts from his letters and records of opinions exâ€" pressed by him, and in this way it is hoped to make the exhibition a vivid picture of his life and the growth of bis work. An exceptionally interestâ€" ing item will be supplied by pictures of various scenes. Concerts are to be beld at Neuschwanstein, one of the famous castles erected by King Ludâ€" wig II. The charged screen is masked on both sides with pieces of uncharged netting. A test of the device will be made in the pear future. The Government recently granted £2,000 to aid the growers and until such time as they can supply the local market consumers will be safeâ€" guarded against a rise in price by powers granted to the Governor to allow importation of foreign bananas duty free at any time a shortage arises. Thousands of bunches of bananas have been imported into Trinidad every year from Venezuela, but by describing them as vegetables, and taxing them, supplies will come from British Guiana instead, until such time as Trinidad grows enough to meet its demand. This is a problem confronting the Collector of Customs here. Though the dictionary describes them as fruit, West Indian housewives habitually slice them and fry them to eat with the midâ€"day meal. No one worried about what they were called until reâ€" cently when the Trinidad Legislature suddenly decreed a tariff on foreign vegetables, to encourage local market gardeners. A test case to determine legitimateâ€" ly just what they can be called by local importers is now in the lawâ€" courts. Bananas Worry Officials. Air Ministry experts believe the autogyro will prove superior to the balloon for observation work because of its lesser vulnerability to atiachk and ability to resist attack or retire quickly in face of a powerful hostile force. Observation Balloons Scrapped London, Eng.â€"Observation balloons, the "Sausages" and other types so familiar to Canadian troops in the war today are possibly on the way to oblivion. Advertising interests are making a bold attempt to help towards trade revival by organizing an advertising and marketing exhibition in Olympia, next month, he said.
