A number from here have been suffering with sore throats and bad colds, but glad to say everyone is feeling better again. We are glad to report Mrs A. No. 9 presented their play "The Third Customer" to a full house at Yeovil on Friday night and all _ reâ€" port a good play with plenty of laughter. A gloom was cast over this comâ€"| munity on Tuesday last when it vlas]‘ learned that Milford Rice of this line and his father, Mr John Rice of Mt. Forest, met instart death at a railâ€" way crossing near Arthur that day. . No one knows exactly how the acciâ€" \ dent haprened but it was a very sad affair and the deepest sympathy of this community goes out at this time to Mrs M. Many from here attended the double funeral in Mount Forest on Friday and paid their last respects to those whom in life were {well liked and respected. Miss M.
