She is the last of her family. Fifty years ago in March of this year, she was wedded to Thomas Renwick and the union has proved a happy one. The first six years of their wedded life were spent in Proâ€" ton, and the other fortye four _ have Sorrow ard grief entered the home of Thomas Renwick and family, of 18th con., Egremont (near Dromore) when news spread with lightningâ€"like rapidity, that wife and mother, had passed away early Thursday night last. Mrs. Renwick was seventy six years of age, but had enjoyed gooa health _ for these _ seventy _ six years, and last Thursday had attendâ€" ed Mount Forest Fall Fair with apâ€" parently no untoward effect. Shortly after nine p.m. Mt. Renwick _ and son Alex retired to their beds, leavâ€" ing Mrs Renwick to finish some readâ€" ing. On doing so, she also retired, taking lamp upâ€"staivs to her room. She shortly after came downstairs in her night attire, evidently forgetâ€" ting something, and at the foot of the stairs death overtook her.
