Died at ber son‘s residence, Mr. A. Mcâ€" Cuasig, South Line, Glenelg. on Tuesday evening August 30th, after a brief illness Mary McCannel, relict of the late Findlay McCuaig at the age of 75 years. One by one the old pioneers of the forest, who bore the burden and hardships in hewing out a home for themselves and family, are gone to their la«t resting place. Mrs. Mcâ€" Cuaig was among:t the first settlers on the South Line, Glenelg, coming there about 48 years ago with hber husband. She was a woman who possessed a large amount of patieace, a dutiful parent and a kind lng‘fnithfnl mother.
