Description
Black and white negative showing the gates of Ontario Ladies' College. View looking east into the school grounds.
Notes
The gates were dedicated in June 1924 as a memorial to Dr. John J. Hare, the first principal of the school. The south gate was knocked over by a dump truck in 1959 and, as a result, both were removed. Ontario Ladies' College is now known as Trafalgar Castle School, and is located at 401 Reynolds Street.
