Just taking a look through this website, very interesting. I have seen this photo for years in the Luther Vipond arena and I have always wondered the story behind him, it's so nice to finally read about him. The Town should put this info beside his photo.

Thank you for your comment. Our online photograph collection is meant to complement our physical collection in the Archives. We do have a family folder of the Vipond family that you can come in and view at the Whitby Archives.
