Jessie Rundle died at her home in Oshawa on June 4 2007 after fighting six months of lung cancer. She had her wish of dying at home carried out with the help of her son Tom Alan Rundle and her Power of attorney for health Cam Gibson. Tom head help from P.S.W workers and good friend Wendy Smith. Jessie Rundle Estate has yet to be settled as the first executor did not do his job. Tom lost his home as a result and has been homeless since.
