On Sundays dancing and dinrier music will be allowed in dining rooms. Some liquor stores will stay open until midnight. Apartment tenants and owners of mobile homes wi1l be-able to drink besi de swim- mingpoolsor ihthe halls, parking lots, patios,.j'ecreation rooms, lounges lounges, Laundry rooms and the back and front yarcdd of their residences. Residents--of senior citizen homes wiil be allowed- to drink on the premises. Outdooras weli as indoor drinking will be permilttedt-festival s and exhibitions. The six month waiting period before a restaurant-can get a liquor licence wiil be elimjnated, making it possible for some to srve drinks the day they open.
