Whitby Tykes Win Again A large crowd of basebaîî fans turned out at Whitby's Peel Park on Monday and were treated to a Labour Day afternoon that was action packed, as the Whi tby K of C Tykes, E.0. B. A. Champions edged Stratford, Cham- Pions of the lnter-County League 10-9 in the first game of an0.BS. A.piay- off round for the Ontario Tyke "AI' Championship. The second game of the s er i e s wIl be played at S tratford's Duff er in Park on Saturday, and if a third game is necessary it will be pl ayed back here at Peel Park on Sun- day. Should the Whitby club win this round, there would probably be one more series to be won before they woul d enter the 0. [B.A. finals. Lead changod hands.
