Cherney, "Many of the purchases have been made by people who have taken them away in their station wagons, cars o r trucks from our special customer loading area. "We're set up for this kind of thing. The secret of this building is the fact that we have a very tight controi on o v e r h e a d expenses. Wi th a huge warehouse under the same roof wi th the sales-centre - a warehouse - which is completely mechanized to cut handling costs - we can afford to give the custo- mer a meaningful price break. I" The new Cherney's occupies three and a half acres of land on the Lang- maid property, Highway 2 at Thickson Road.
