TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Whitby intends to apply to The Ontario Municipal Board pursuant to the provisions of Section 35 of The Planning Act for approval of By-law 920-73 passed on the 26th day of February, 1973. A copy of the By-law is furnished herewith. A note giving an explanation of the purpose and effect of the By-law and stating the lands affected thereby is also furnished herewith. Any person interested may, within fourteen (14) days after the date of this notice, send by registered mail or deliver to the Clerk of the Town of Whitby notice of his objection to approval of the said By-law together with a statement of the grounds of such objection. The Ontario Municipal Board may approve of the said By-law but before doing so it may appoint a time and place when any objection to the By-law will be considered. Notice of any hearing that may be held will be given only to persons who have filed an objection and who have left with or delivered to the Clerk under- signed, the address to which Notice of Hearing is to be sent. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF WHITBY BY-LAW NO. 920-73 WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Whitby deems it advisable to amend By-law No. 1784 as amended. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF WHITBY BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOL- LOWS: 1. THAT Section 4 (1) is hereby amended as follows: (a) The words "/or" be and are hereby deleted from the last line of subsection (i). (b) The words "/or" be and are hereby deleted from the second last line of subsection (iii). 2. THAT Section 5, be and is hereby amended by adding the following:- Exceptions The provisions of Schedule "A" to By-law #1784 respecting Minimum Lot Area, with Public Water Supply or Public Sani- tary Sewers, and Minimum Lot frontage, with Public Water Supply or Public Sanitary Sewers for First, Second and Third Density Residential Zones (R1, R2 and R3), within the area defined by Schedule "A" annexed hereto shall not apply and the following shall apply: (a) Minimum Lot Area With Public Water Supply and Public Sanitary Sewer Residential Zone R1 Interior Lot 11,000 square feet Corner Lot 12,375 square feet Residential Zone R2 Interior Lot 10,000 square feet Corner Lot 12,155 square feet Residential Zone R3 Interior Lot 9,000 square feet Corner Lot 11,250 square feet (b) Minimum Lot Frontage With Public Water Supply and Public Sanitary Sewer Residential Zone R1 Interior Lot 80 feet Corner Lot 90 f eet Residential Zone R2 Interior Lot 70 feet Corner Lot 85 feet Residential Zone R3 Interior Lot 60 feet Corner Lot 75 feet BY-LAW NO. 920-73 3.
