Winston Muschett, convenor of the Tee-Balil group reports that the league is expanding to eight 'clubs this season, which is not surprising in view of the interest and enthusiasm this group created in its first year of operation in 72. The Tyke league under the guidance of Perry Stover is going with eleven tea- mrs at least, up from last year, and the Pee-Wee group xii have eiglit cl- ubs and a possible ninth to ensure a bang-up sea- son for these groups. Harilaid Minor M idgets 1 972m73 The Brooklin-Whitby Hariiaid Minor Midgets played ini the O.M.H.A. Ail-Star League this past season, and ended up in first place in league* standing with 17 wins, 3 ties and no losses. Despite their brilliant league play, they lost out in the first round of piay-offs to the Ajax Mi- nor Midgets. The Farilaid midgets played in four tourna- ments, and won the Con- solation in the Silver St- ick Tournam'ent against major competition. The teami was led by the higlî,scorîilgg une of Eddie Szczur, Tom Foster and Tom Casey. Leading scorer 0on the teami was Eddie Szczur with 37 goals and 33 assists for 70 points. Wm. H.
