He pleaded guilty to the charge of failing to give and refusing to comply with the request for a breath sample.* "lt is possible for you to go to jail when an Offîcer asks for a breath sample and one refuses to co - operate," Provincial Court Judge Jermyn said. "The Crown is asking for a jail sentence. 1 think the Crown is perfectly right to ask for a jail term and a prohibition of the driver's license," "'You must look to the future. The youth appeared in Court on the charge of being in possession of stolen goods. He pleaded guilty to the charge. On learning that the youth's parents are both dead and that he has grandiparents residing in Collingwood and willing to take the youth Judge Jermyn, as he regarded the young lad with sympathy, said there would be a conditional discharge in 12 months if young Cunning observed the conditions of the Court for the next 12 months.
