The whole swing of the times is to simplify- to un- clutter- unencuinber. For- get old-fashioned attitudes about being dressed; now you can go out at night in a perfect littie black Ca- shmiere pullover and skirt with two dianoiid clips and vou will feel riglit; you will look great, and you will mnake every other woman in the room feel overdressed. Thiere is nothing alluring or modern about heavy, im portant - looking clothes. Proportions are different. Colorings are different. The putting - together is new. The attitude is attractive, casual, nonchalant. Olothes are more supple. less constricted. The line is lean, touching the body. Pants are slimmer and st- raight legged. Now that th- ere's a pretty shoe again - a slim, unheavy, high heel- ed shoe- short dr-esses are in for evening.
