They defeated Newcastle by a 4 - 2 score with the goals going to John Paul Agget, Gilbert Nieuwendyk, Ricky Schroer, and Paul Hunt. They played an exhibition game against the B.W. Minor Bantams and went down to a 6 - 3 count. Paul Hunt, Nick Nosowenko, and Gilbert Nieuwendyk doing the scoring for the Major Pee Wees. In the next game they met Beaverton and squeezed through with a 5 - 4 win. Nick Nosowenko talîied with two, with singles going to Paul Hunt, Ray MeWhirter and Jeff Fleming. BROOKLIN WHITBY MCDONALDS MAJOR DAN- TAMS played in Brooklin where the Big Mac's rolled over Cobourg to the tune of il - 1. Leading scorer for Big Mac's was John Jordon with three goals and four assists. Doug Shearer and' Dean Seymour were next, with two goals each and singles going to Terry Whyte, Allan McDonald, Dan Kemp, and Dave McWhirter. Rick Woods had the shut-out for the B.W. Club. In Lindsay Big Mac's recorded a 5 - 2 win. Brett Hoffman was the Big guîî with two goals while Doug Shearer, John Jordon, and Allan McDonald scored singles. The boys really had to work hard as three players were out wAith injuries. BROOKLIN WFITBY CONSOLIDATED BUILDING CORPORATION MAJOR MIDGETS turned on their rivais from Ajax with a vengance in a league fixture played in Brooklin on Dec. lOtli and sent themi homne with an Il - 2 drubbling. The C.B.C. Boys showed what they can do wvhen they play ,as a teami as no less than seven players shared ini the scoring. It is hoped the boys will keep this tearm play, for if they do, corne January. they will be a force to be reckoned with. Mike Rowley was the big gun for the B.W. Club firingthree goals and picking up 5 assists. Tim Brown, Glenn Kinzie, each bulged two times with singles going to Dave Allan, Ron Beettam, Bryce Jordon, and Dan Jordon, while D'Arcy Demoe picked up four assists. Ajax scoring was handled by John Plitz. BROOKLIN WHITBY RIDER TOOL MANUFAC- TURING NOVICE ALL STARS played three games. In1 the first game they were whitewadied by the Bay Ridges Novice teamn by the tune of 6 - O. The îîext game was an exhibition game against Ajax Novice in which ended in a 1 - 1 tie. Gary Roberts scored the B.W. goal. In their third game of the week they won an exhibition game against the Little N.H.L. Maple Leafs of Oshawa by a 3 - 1 score. B.W. scorers in this game were-Paul Neuman, Martin Van Hessel and Gary Roberts. BROOKLIN WHITBY WHITBY CYCLE AND SPO- RTS MINOR ATOMS played four games in which they won two and tied two. They met Cobourg and won by an 8 - 5 score. Danny Garrard led the way by scoring four goals with singles going to Jeff Donaldson, Paul Rich, Todd O'Conor, and Ronnie Maguire. Mark Lee and Ralph Dunning shared the goaltending duties in these games. Next they met the rivais of Ajax in a good exciting game which ended in a 4 - 4 tie. Paul Rich .
