He was also fined $200 for driving while impaired by Judge N.H. Edmondson in Oshawa provincial court last week. ' The accident occurred« on Decemnber 28, 1974. Glen Hurlbert, 23, of 1010 Dundas Street East in Whitby, has been convicted 1of driving while disqualified.
