At the end of the first period it was 1.0 for Orillia. Whitby goal scorers were Peter Vipond', Charlie Convery, Don Pagnutti and Mike Keenan. Pagnutti and Keenan each picked up three points in the penalty-free game. Mike Ryckmian served the Warriors in the net. On Suinday, in a hard- hitting game at the Iroquois Park Arena, the Warriors defeated Orillia 5-2. The score was 3-0 for Whitby at. the end of the first period, and 4-2 at the end of the second. Trophies awarded at rnixed bonspiel Winners of the Walker Trophy at the Whitby Curling Club's Mixed Bonspiel Sattirday were Cathy and Gord Reidt and Lorna and Peter Solly.
