Bill Manning is elected. president of North Bill Manning, former clerk- treasurer of Ontario County and, Chief Administrative Officer of' Durham Region, was elected, last week as president of the North Ward and Brooklin Community Association. Mr. Manning is a life-long resident of Brooklin, and retired from is regional duties this month. At a general meeting March 15 the former, North Ward Comniunity Association founded in 1975, changed its namne to the North Ward and Brooklin Community Associa- tion, and adopted a consti- tution.
