The other day somne fool in a truck passed mne on highway 12 - on the right side -'a slow-mnoving farmn vehicle was ahead of me and it was a no-passing zone. The cloud of dust that was raised as the truck drove up the road shoulder was unbelieveable. You couldn't see three feet ahead - l've heard about dust storms and they must be terrible for even this small incident was rather scary. It was worse than fog because it swirled about so wildly.
