Shie has been a member of the Oshawa Brigade for four years and Wýýhitby for six years. Mrs. Keeler has been active teaching the public and lias worked very closely with the guide and scout orga nizations. Peter .Etman skie of 425 Brock St. N. Whitby has been made a Serving Brother. He has been a meraber of the Whitby Brigade for eight years. He is Superintendent of the 425th Comnbined Division and has been concerned with training mnembers and has worked countless hours in public duty himself.
