Mrs. Anderson was born March 18, 1910, and was 67 years old at the timne of her death., She was born at Toronto, the daughter of Arthur Henry Claude and Lorenda Alvirrm Virgin. «In 1968 she was President of the Ladies' Auxiliary of Branch 43,Royal Canadian Legion, Oshawa,was a past president of Queen Mary Lodge No. 97, LOBA, Oshawa, and Worthy Mistress of Vimiy Ridge Lodge No. 639. Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband James E. (Jim) Anderson, whomn she rnarried at Whitby Sept. 10, 1938. She is also survived by four sons: Bill of Vancouver B.C., Jim of Shearwater N.S., Robert of Amert- View zrnd Allun of Thompson, Man. Shie is suirvived by two daughters, Mrs, Gordon Burrows (Eleanor) of Oshawva, and Mrs. Theodore Dew (Gail) of Peter- borough,: two brothers, Joseph of Toronto and Robert of Little Britain, and one sister, Mrs. Don Weeks (Evelyn) of Whitby. The funeral was held Oct. 13 at W. C. Town Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Alfred Woolcock officiating. Interment followed in- Mount Lawn Cemetery. A service was held at the funeral home hy Brandi 43 Royal Canadian Legion Ladies' Auxiliary. Kr.He was a chiemist with F. J. Hart Co. and was retired since 1931. Mr. Kerr was Past Recording Secretary of the Knights of Pythias River- dale Lodge, Toronto, and Past President of Branch 42, Royal Canadian Legion, also in Toronto, He wvas a memiber of Ail Saints' Anglican Churclb Whitby, and had lived in this town since 1955. His wife, Sadie Parker, whom hie rarried at Toronto April 22, 1919, died in 1946. Mr. Kerr is survived by onie daughter, Mrs. Alex Fillier (Audrey), of Whitby. and two grandcliildren, Rodney and Cathy. A brother, William predeceasedl hirn. The funeral was hield Oct. 15 at W. C.
