One-tway street system for core ,considered, A one-way street systemn for downtown Whitby may' be one of the recominenda- tions of a traffic study which bas been authorized by the town council. Deputy Works Director Sanj Matharu says that many of the north-south streets in the core area do not lime Up, and contribute to a numben -of traffic accidents.
