Police are expected to lay charges agairnst a total of eight young vandals. The vandals who broke into the library caused about $ 1,000 d amage, pulliug'apart some 16 mm. film, snashing a projector and tape recorder, andý throwing books from. the shelves. Dr. Gray also reports that 66.2 per cent of children en- tering Durhami Region schools in 1974 were'inxmunized a- gainst Red Measles, compared to 53.7 per cent in 1977.
