Police last Tuesday ar- rested four Ajax youths in the orchard owned by John Kapuscinski, Rossland Road West, Whitby. They are to appear in Vlhitby Court on October 20 to face the charge of theft. Police report that a Brot- her's Pizza Deliverv van was broken into while it' was parked at 201 White Oaks, Whitby. During the abscence of the van driver, a window was. t'smashed' and two pizzas were taken frorn the vehicle. Police believe the theft oc- cured whule the driver was making a delivery of pizza orders in 'the nearby vicinity.. It was confined to the garbage dis- posai unit of the Mart and arson is niot suspected, Police said.
