Social Planning Council of Oshawa-Whitby al its meeting on November 7 appointed, three new Board Members. Octoberu2k-» The number of clients unemployed and registered for work at the Canada Employment centres in Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa for the month of October totalled 10,673, consisting of 6,54 «female and 4,127 male clients. Placements in the three offices totalled 786 for the month, which compares to 'a total of 582 placements during September.
