He pleaded guilty to the charge. He was given time to pay the fine. On September 26 about 1:50 p.m. Constable Carras who was on radar duty on Garrard Road noticed a southbound car. The car Was slightly in excess of the speed limit and it went through the radar trap the court was told. The car driven by the accused Fisher was stopped and checked by Officer Carras. It was due to the check on the radar read- ing that the Police discov- ered Mr, Fisher's driver's license was under suspen- sinn, wgior
