During the past week the Durham Regional Police have been investigating several thefts that have occured in Whitby. The -Courtice-Allin Pharm'acy, 117 Brock Street North,' was broken into sometime during late Monday night- or early Tuesday morning, April 30 or May 1. Whený the pharmacist' opened the store for business on Tuesday morning he discovered about 9 a.m. that the back door to the store had been pried open, police said. There was a ",quantity of cash and 700 capsules of Tercodan stolen," police said. Tercodan is a forni of nar cotic, Inspector David Fleming said. A C.a. radio was stolen from the car parkect outside of the residence of Allan Ross of 520 Bradley Crescent police said.
