They led 3-2 at the end of the first period and 6-5 after the second period. Tim Briscoe and Stand Cockerton had two goals and an assist each. Single goals went to Jim Branton, Ron McCoy, Bryce Jordan, Steve Wilde, Tom Wreggitt and Larry Graham. Goalie Paul Boland had three assists and Bryce Jordan had two.' The Redmen's next home game is Thursday against second-place Peterborough. The Brookljn Redmen Lacrosse club defeated the Brampton Excelsiors 13-8 June 12 at the Brooklin are- na, with the Rookies leading the way. Bill Down had two goals and Greg Williams, Gary Nicholson and Tim Briscoe scored singles. The Redinen led 7-4 going into the third period, but the Excelsiors tied the game 8-8 by the 9:15 mar,. Brooklin responded with four goals in less than six minutes to secure the win. The next home game for the Redmen is June 21 against Peterborough.
