Those interested in parti-' cipating are encouraged to get working on their projects now., The displays will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Aug..,4 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 5, in three sections: display 'only, dis- play and sale, and to be judged.
