Ruddy General Hospital is still of the opinion that the Ontario Ministry of Health will provide funding for the re-opening of the hoepital's second floor. Jack Frost made that statement last week. The estimateci cost of re-openlng the now em- pty second floor is $1.3 million in the flrst year. That figure includes $M6,000 for 32 new beds and equlpment as welI as $860,000 in annual operatlng expenses.
