This biggest pie of the grant pie will go to the Whitby Arts who will re- ceive $15,000 this year. Both the Whitby Historical Society and theWhitby Brass Band will receive $10,000. The County Town Car- nival has been allocated a grant of $3,000. How- ever, before paying the money, Whitby Town Couricil was to review the carnival's financial status. The archives will receive an operating grant' of $2,500. The Whitby Jaycees will receive a grant of $2,200 to help defray the
