Kelly Vipond led with 6 goals, Anne Windover got, 5 while Tommy Smart and Jonas Derks got sin- gles. In the second game, Orangeville was felled by a 12 to 6 win by the Redmen. Derks got 4, Vipond got 3, Smart got 2 and Windover got 1. Other team members helped out as Todd Cyr and Zach Hayden each scored while Roman Mebta and Michelle Wilkes got assists for passes to set up the scoring plays.. The game end- ed with an 8 to 5 more for Oshawa. Scorers for Whitby were Brian Grieve with 2, Chris Van Chef, Alan Frank and Paul Hamilton.. Brett Agnew, Duayne Nesbitt and Wendy Primeau set up the scorers. In league play,- the Peewlee team sponsored by Andrew Antenna,' warmed up for the Niagara - on - the - Lake tournament with an il to 2 win over Scar- borough. They dropped a close decision to St. Catherines with a 5 to 4 loss in their -first game at NOTL. Andrew came back with a, 9 to 6 win over- Brampton, then were edged out of the consolation round by a 4 to 3 boss to Kitchener. Dave Clakre scored six times at the tourna-. ment, Todd Wilson got 4, Derek Jones got 3, An- drew VanderLinde scored 2 and Adam Foote got 1. In exhibi- tion play, Whitby An- drew played to a 4 to 4 tie with Thornhill. In later league play, at Iro- quois Park,. Andrew treated visiting Scar- borough to an 8 to 4 defeat.
